# Download Payments

> Export all payment records as an Excel spreadsheet

Download all payments (donations) as an Excel spreadsheet for your records.

## Export Instructions

1. Login to [mychaiclub.com](https://mychaiclub.com) and navigate to **Payments** in the menu
2. Click the **Export** button on the top right
3. Your payment data will be downloaded as an Excel file
