ChabadOne CRM
The ChabadOne CRM integration will add all donations (payments) to your ChabadOne CRM.Setup Instructions
- Login to mychaiclub.com and go to the Settings page in the menu
- Scroll down to the CRM Integrations box
- By the ChabadOne CRM integration, click the Authenticate button
- This will prompt you to login to your ChabadOne CRM account and approve the integration
- Once completed, you will be redirected back to the campaign settings page
- In the CRM Integrations box, the ChabadOne CRM integration should now have an Active label
Chabad Management Solutions (CMS) CRM
CMS integration is added as a payment processor. Recurring donations will be handled by CMS.Setup Instructions
- Login to your CMS account
- Go to Settings → Web Forms Integration → SET UP MODULE
- Click CREATE
- Add these required field groups:
- Contact Information
- Payment Information
- In the Settings tab, complete all required fields
- In the Advanced Options tab, enable “Allow API access”
- Click Save
- Contact support and send the following information:
- iFrame code (found in Settings tab, bottom of page)
- API token (found in Advanced Options tab)
