ChabadOne CRM

The ChabadOne CRM integration will add all donations (payments) to your ChabadOne CRM.

Setup Instructions

  1. Login to mychaiclub.com and go to the Settings page in the menu
  2. Scroll down to the CRM Integrations box
  3. By the ChabadOne CRM integration, click the Authenticate button
  4. This will prompt you to login to your ChabadOne CRM account and approve the integration
  5. Once completed, you will be redirected back to the campaign settings page
  6. In the CRM Integrations box, the ChabadOne CRM integration should now have an Active label

Chabad Management Solutions (CMS) CRM

CMS integration is added as a payment processor. Recurring donations will be handled by CMS.

Setup Instructions

  1. Login to your CMS account
  2. Go to SettingsWeb Forms IntegrationSET UP MODULE
  3. Click CREATE
  4. Add these required field groups:
    • Contact Information
    • Payment Information
  5. In the Settings tab, complete all required fields
  6. In the Advanced Options tab, enable “Allow API access”
  7. Click Save
  8. Contact support and send the following information:
    • iFrame code (found in Settings tab, bottom of page)
    • API token (found in Advanced Options tab)
