Donations are processed directly through your organization’s payment gateway. After integration, test with a demo transaction to verify everything works correctly.

Step 1: Open Payment Gateway Settings

  1. Login to mychaiclub.com and navigate to Settings in the menu
  2. Scroll to the Payment Gateways section
  3. Select your preferred payment gateway

Step 2: Retrieve Your API Keys

Login to Stripe. If you don’t have a Stripe account, you can create one here. Make sure your account is live and activated before proceeding. If your account is not live, an orange warning banner will usually appear at the top.

What You Need

  • Publishable Key
  • Restricted Key (a secret key with limited permissions for security)
Stripe’s interface updates frequently, so your screen may differ slightly from these instructions. See the Stripe documentation for additional help. The key requirement is granting write permissions for the items listed in step 7.

Setup Instructions

  1. Login to stripe.com
  2. Click Developers (bottom left) → API Keys tab
  3. Copy the Publishable Key (starts with pk_live) and paste it in the modal on mychaiclub.com
  4. Click Create Restricted Key
  5. Select “Providing this key to another website” → Continue
  6. Enter mychaiclub for Name and mychaiclub.com for URL. Check “Customize permissions for this key” → Continue
  7. Enable Write permissions for:
    • Charges
    • Customers
    • PaymentIntents
    • PaymentMethods
  8. Click Create Key
  9. Copy the key (starts with rk_live) and paste it in the modal on mychaiclub.com
  10. Click Save

What You Need

  • Client ID
  • API Token

Setup Instructions

  1. Login to payarc.net (ChabadOne Pay users: chabadone.payarc.net)
  2. Navigate to APIAPI Tab
  3. Click Add Token
  4. Copy the Client ID and paste it in the modal on mychaiclub.com
  5. Copy the API Token (click reveal if needed) and paste it in the modal on mychaiclub.com
  6. Click Save

Use an existing donation form or create a new one with the required fields below.

Create a Donation Form

  1. Login to your CMS account
  2. Go to SettingsWeb Forms IntegrationSET UP MODULE
  3. Click CREATE
  4. Add these required field groups:
    • Contact Information
    • Payment Information
  5. In the Settings tab, complete all required fields
  6. In the Advanced Options tab, enable “Allow API access”
  7. Click Save

Contact Support

Contact support and send the following information:
  • iFrame code (found in Settings tab, bottom of page)
  • API token (found in Advanced Options tab)

Step 3: Test Your Integration

Make a test donation on your campaign page to ensure the integration is working correctly.
